Banana donuts

Ingredients
1 banana 4 cups of flour 1/2 cup of sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp of yoghurt 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 3 pinches of salt 50 g of butter (softened) Vanilla extract Frying oil chocolate sauce to decorate

Start by sifting all of your flour and then adding the baking soda, baking powder and salt. Next mash the banana with a fork, preferably pick a very ripe banana, and mix it up with your yoghurt and vanilla extract. In another bowl, using a mixer, beat sugar with softened butter and the eggs until it becomes fluffy. Slowly add your dry ingredients in. When It is all well mixed together you can add your yoghurt mixture as well. You should have a soft daugh, ready to be kneaded. Knead it for a few minutes, the daugh should be slightly sticky. Lastly, chill in the refridgerator for 1 hour. When well rested, get the daugh going by kneading it flat with some extra flour. Split into 4 equal parts and flatten once again. Use a circular cookie cutter or the rim of a cut to cut identical circles. Now we are going to fry our donuts. Prepare a deep pot of oil or use a deep fryer if you have one. Heat up the oil for a few minutes, but always keep an eye on it. Drop in a 2-3 donuts at a time once the oil is hot enough. Get the donuts out on a paper towel once golden brown. You can decorate them with a chocolate glaze or sprinkled powdered sugar. Enjoy!
