INGREDIENTS

Wash and dry tomatoes. With a sharp knife, make a cut like a latch on the underside of the tomato, which will serve as a base and without cutting it to the end, continue to peel the tomato. Make thicker peels while spining the entire piece several times. Then start from the end to wind the resulting tape and finally place the wrapped part on the originally cut base. Use for decorating salads or garnish.
